2023-2033 Long Range Development Plan

The MHUSD Long Range Development Plan represents the most important transformation for the future of the District. It will both enhance our physical
learning environments and realize our potential and support our commitment to Environmental Stewardship — and, perhaps, one of the most important and diverse public school districts in the State of California.

We Look Toward the Horizon with a Sense of Possibility.

The plan also sets forth objectives and initiatives designed to move our District toward a more sustainable future as leaders of high performing learning environments. Our plan aligns with sustainable practices and decarbonization to level up our commitment to the environment. As we proceed, we will continually refine the steps and initiatives that will move our vision forward.

Our top priority is making our playgrounds inclusive. It is key for children’s development, prosperity and their language base.
